This is the first time I took diet counselling for my specific needs, i.e., due to my high blood fat levels.

Additionally, I had the issue of plain dislike for the repeated menus and dishes we cook at home.

Instead of directly giving a diet plan, Doctor Shraddha invested considerable time and effort in first understanding my lifestyle and eating habits. This involved a few days of monitoring and taking all relevant inputs.

After gathering all the above information, she formulated weekly plans for me, while being considerate of my need to have a varied menu.

Doctor Shraddha's weekly plans were really quite extensive and varied, which helped me in increasing my palate, while making healthy eating choices.

During the entire 4 weeks plus of my association with her, she followed up on my progress on a daily basis, sometime more than once a day.

The healthy diet plans have helped me a lot and I intend to make them part of diet permanently.

In conclusion, if one is willing to follow Dr Shraddha's guidance and plans, there is no reason why the intended goals cannot be met, whatever they might me.

Being an Indian vegetarian PCOD patient in Australia, I was struggling to find an easy to follow diet plan that could help me maintain my weight. I work full time and hardly get any time to cook my food. Then, I met Dr. Shraddha on Facebook through a mutual friend. She prepared personalised, easy to follow menu for me every week and kept a track on a daily basis. She also suggested a few healthy take away options when cooking wasn’t possible. I was also able to reduce my chronic IBS issues which was the greatest benefit of following her plan.

I worked with her for almost 2 months and it was enough for me to have better digestion, energy levels and motivation to look at my diet and lifestyle with more clarity.

I consulted Dr. Shraddha to help me with my diet and fitness. On my first consultation with her, she understood in depth my lifestyle, eating habits and also observed my daily routine And subsequently gave me a diet plan for the following 4 weeks. I was able to follow the plan quite smoothly, since whatever she suggested could be easily cooked at home. The meals were filling and tasted well too. We were recommended by our neighbour to visit Dr. Singh. Everything about him is filled with positivity. He gives time to listen to the problem, explains it well and his medicines work wonders. He also doesn't recommend that one gets end number of tests done as is the case with other doctors. The best part is following up with him. He responds to any query, which we find so helpful. Dr Aniruddh listens to his patient and is never in a hurry. He diagnoses the issues accurately and provides helpful guidance on how to get over those issues.

Among all general physicians I ever had to interact with, my connects with Dr Aniruddh were always great. He is in great demand and its not uncommon to see him see patients until 9:30 pm and beyond. One of the most patient doctor I ever interacted with.

We approached Dr Amreen Singh to consult about the problem we were facing in conceiving the child. On the very first meeting I was impressed by the way she was interacting with us and listening each and every thing with attention.

She started the treatment step by step and explained each and every thing related to treatment.

She has a very good hold in diagnosing infertility related issues, also she deals with her patients with proper affection and motivates them during process which is necessary for this treatment.

Every time we approached her in between treatment, she was available to help either on walk in or on call or messages.

She regularly takes follow ups regarding the treatments and medicines she prescribes during process.

By god's grace and her efforts, I am pregnant and under her observation waiting for delivery.
